West Seattle’s other spectacular sunset view

Much as we love sun-behind-Olympics sunsets from Alki, Beach Drive, Lincoln Park, etc., we also are fond of the Mount Rainier sunset-time view from Arbor Heights:

  1. This would have been an awesome night if someone could have taken a 360 degree photo (Rainier – City – Sound – Olympics) from somewhere the offered such a opportunity.

  3. Great pic! I was taken back by Mt Rainier yesterday driving on delridge approaching Roxbury, there is this head on view of it through the street. It was awesome. I love this area!

  5. That’s one of my favorite views of the Mountain too, Wes!

An even more awesome view is coming into Bonney Lake on HWY 410, because the Mountian is so much closer and larger!
