Saw these dogs shortly after 2pm at the ferry terminal, running and having the greatest time. I tried to approach them but they completely ignored me.Other sightings reported on Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1WBo59XCg4/ I really hope they come home safe

Thank you so much.  Oddly I got the texts later.  These rascals are so difficult to catch.  Thank you.  It looks like Poppy was pooping- sorry! They ran out under my 12 year old lab.  They went all the way to 9200 Olsen Place! I finally was able to get them around 5:30.  One was hit my a car and I am at the ER now.  Thank you again.  I apologize for the inconvenience and any messes they caused.

Thank you.  They love the ferry terminal and the staff there “knows” them.  Not by choice, I know.  Thank you for your gallant effort.  They are signed up for Board and train for 2 weeks as they continue to break through electric fence and collars.  I really appreciate your help and apologize for their behaviour.

I texted these numbers but didn’t get a reply. These two were in our backyard at 3pm, chafing each other and having the time of their life. They ran around the house until my husband went to see what was going on, at which point they took off, racing through the cross street across from yards of houses in 26th Ave SW towards Denny Middle School. They barked at a dad with three small kids with adequate g in the leash. The dog barked back and those two took off up Kenyon towards 27th Ave SW. I then asked the dad it he saw an owner and when he said he didn’t, I called Animal Control. They said to post on FB, Lost Dogs of King County, so I joined the group and did. (I’d like to leave that group once the dogs are safe.) Please let me know if they are home safe. 🤞Photo credit goes to my son.

Jana, I am new at this and responded to the wrong post for you.  Thank you and your husband so much and I am sorry Poppy pooped right there! Yes, the two act like wild teenagers and they escaped around 2 and were not “still” to be able to retrieve until close to 5:30.i apologize for that the mess and craziness today.  Thank you so much for caring and your posts.  That have busted through electric fences and various collars etc.  two week boot camp is registered.  Thank you again

Put up a real fence instead of shocking your dogs.  There are many means of containment that don’t involve abuse, and “boot camp” just sounds like more abuse.  Puppies will be puppies and this sounds a lot more like lack of responsibility on the part of the dog owner than it does a dog training issue.  One has already been hit by a car, and the fact that they are regulars at the ferry terminal certainly indicates a lack of care.  It’s the owner here who needs boot camp on the compassionate and appropriate care of dogs.
