  Update: I’ve spent the past 2 hours walking around the neighborhood with her and see if anyone knows her. A couple people I have talked to said the owner was out looking for her. Sounds like the owners may be of foreign descent and driving a red sedan. Another person I talked to said this dog is often seen running loose in the neighborhood.

  Update: Dog was chipped and has been reunited with the owner.
