I’m planning on having a 20ft , 3000lb motor-boat trucked to Seattle or Blaine and need unloading facilities to transfer onto my trailer. Can anybody give me suggestions on where I could do this or who could help me to do this?

However 20′ and 1.5 ton is not really out of the realm of a forklift with the right attachments.
Ask your shipping company what they have available. They have to have done this before or you have made a mistake shipping it with them.
I have not owned a boat in many years and none I would call a yacht :)
South Park Marina is the cheapest in the area. After that, I would try Jensen Motor Boat, or Seattle Shipwrights.
Seattle Shipwrights are fine for fixing your wooden hull.
They must be able to lift heavy things to do that….
