Dear Mr.Gain;
On Friday, Aug 19th 2011, I officially became a homeowner in the Arbor Heights area of West Seattle. My agents name is Michael Mallagh.
I am not sure if you know how extraordinary a person and a wonderful representative of your company Michael is. Not only does he set a standard of excellence that everyone should work to emulate, he makes the achievement of that level of distinction seem effortless.
I have no reservations when I say I know Michael dedicates himself to all of his clients. I was lucky when providence smiled on me and I became one of them. I truly believe without his guidance and reassurance the purchase of my home would never have taken place. Michael deftly set a pace for the buying process that demonstrated a keen sense of what I could tolerate and what was beyond my comfort zone. He knew precisely when to gently nudge (prod?) me in the direction that I needed to go and he knew when to back off let me catch my breath.
Having been raised to believe that integrity, honor and commitment to others are not just words, but a way of life; I was pleasantly surprised that in this age of the “me and I” there is someone like Michael using words like “we and us.” The quality of his work shows in how he cares for the people he represents. His personal honesty and integrity is front and center at all times and watching him work made me realize that he takes the trust placed in him very seriously.
Michael has a ready smile, willing heart and one of the best work ethics I have seen in a long time. He continually challenges himself to think outside the normal parameters of buying/selling a home. This type of creativity does make for longer hours, but Michael willingly makes this investment of his time to ensure those he represents are successful.
On September 7th, your standard Customer Satisfaction Survey arrived via email. My responses were short and not very telling only because I knew I would be sending this letter and the survey would not come close to conveying my sincerest feelings of gratitude for the outstanding work Michael did for me.

elikapekaParticipantScott Monroe at Windermere. He took an amazing amount of time and was very generous with some questions we had, even though we weren’t actually in the market at the time. He was highly recommended to us, and I could see why.

ADWParticipantI would highly recommend Dale Wampler and Roger Steiner of I HEART West Seattle. They are great team to work with and both are West Seattle residents. alGParticipantHands down the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with is Hannah Nerbovig. It is an understatement to say she goes the extra mile. Always up front and honest. And very good at looking ahead at anything that may arise so that you can be ready for it. Prepared would probably be the best way of describing her. We have been with her for 10 years now and she has proven not only to be a great realtor, but an invaluable resource. We’ve sold two properties and bought one and it has always been a great experience. Seriously, look her up.

SeattleSuzMemberWe agree with several above…Scott Monroe is incredible. Not only is he SUPER knowledgeable about West Seattle but he is generous and flexible with his time, always accommodated our last minute requests to see a house or just to talk things out, and has incredible knowledge of building and home problems because he was a general contractor in the past. He is the reason we have an amazing new house to move into instead of settling on one that was just going to get us through the next 5 years.
