It is kitten, puppy and bunny season . Only 1 out of 5 kittens/cats find a permanent home in our Country–not much better for puppies/dogs and bunnies. In the USA, we still kill 8 – 10 million adoptable companion animals every year.
Spaying/neutering our animal companions and helping others do the same, is the number one way we can save lives. If you already have spayed/neutered your pets, consider helping someone else with their pets; or drive someone to a local Vet or Seattle Humane Society to have it done via several of their low priced or free programs. The #1 reason people don’t spay/neuter is that they can’t afford it and/or don’t have access to low priced surgeries.
