Rent Out a Parking Spot?

Hi Neighbors,

I am looking to rent out a spot to park my boat, it is a small boat (16′), has a nice cover on it. I use it in the spring & summer for fishing and a few times in fall as well…
Side yard, back yard, etc ., any unused spot. It cant be on the street though unless it is attached to a vehicle.
Would love to find somewhere to rent, I live on Genesee Hill. I was thinking 100. a month…..
