Hi – I may need a pet sitter for my diabetic dog (beagle) for a couple of days sometime in the next couple of weeks. I won’t know in advance which days I need so it would be last minute. He would need two visits a day (morning and evening) for feeding and his insulin shots (and water refills).

He has a very good temperment and tolerates his shots very well (he doesn’t even notice them).

Let me know if you have any recommendations.

Hi Rugsmith – I’d love to help you out. I run Sit Stay-N-Play pet sitting here in W. Seattle and not only do I accept last minute calls and special needs pets, but I’m also an insulin-dependent diabetic, so I’m use to giving myself shots and know how to recognize any symptoms that your dog may be having when blood sugar levels rise & fall.

If you would like to know more – PM me or email me at sitstaynplay08@yahoo.com
