angelescrestParticipantWe had not one, but two!!!, urgent tire issues at 5:00 Friday evening. Yeah, great timing. Though they were to close in a half an hour, Courtesy welcomed us so kindly and fixed both of our cars. One needed a new tire after running over a tire gauge that became embedded and shredded the tire, and the other needed air (and, might have a slow leak; this was done for free, by the way!).
With increased population all over the city, it’s been a challenge to find available services. Courtesy was sooo nice and accommodating! We left all cheery!November 19, 2016 at 2:35 pm #865605

SunuvaParticipantWe have had great experiences with Courtesy Tire as well and would recommend them to anyone. For example, we had a brake replacement job from them a few years ago and one of the calipers failed just barely a year later. We missed the 1 year warranty on parts by a matter of a couple weeks but they went ahead and replaced the bad part and comp’d us the labor because they stand behind their work. My only complaint is that they are usually so booked up that you’ll need to expect a couple weeks wait for a new service. Since you had an emergency they probably went out of their way even if they already had a full plate that day.

sbreParticipantCourtesy Tire has been touted as a top-notch place by me for years, they exemplify outstanding customer-service and what it means to truly ‘care about your customers’.
A number of years ago I drove a neighbor and her tire there for repair but had to leave to make my Dr. appt, the manager himself drove the two home and installed the tire for free. However I hear he was ‘forced’ to take a bunch of muffins back to the shop with him!
4 (or more) times a year I visit to have my tire pressure checked and its always been accomplished within minutes, with a good attitude and for free.
Theirs should be a business model any start-up businesses that wants to succeed.

CurateParticipantWe’ve used them exclusively for over a decade, for several different makes/model/ages of cars. They are a gem!!!
