Heck, when I was living down in the Luna Park neighborhood, Comcast service was horrific. After many service calls due to non-working internet, we finally got a tech who was honest and told us that the neighborhood lines were ancient and we’d never get a good signal coming through. It was at that point that we started using the poorly-protected wi-fi signal of a neighboring business. Really, “guest” is not a secure password. But I digress.)
