Ok, whats with the smell of BBQ lighter fluid in the air every night?

I live on 47th SW near Dakota. Every night around 9:30 there is a terrible smell of ligher fluid in the night air. Does anybody else smell this? I am wondering what this could be from? Very mysterious….
