Now, He’s asking $1200.00/mo, which is a few hundred above your limit, however, the rent includes utilities, including electric which is usually separate, as well as basic cable, and high-speed partitioned internet.
He claims all of that included would bring the actual rent down to about $975.00, so if you can stretch another $125.00 or so per month, over your current top limit, that might work out for you.
