Need carpenter to build floating shelf

I am looking for someone with wood working skills to build one floating wall shelf measuring 18″ X 4″ x (it could be 2-4″ in height, whatever is easiest to work with). I would love for it to look like the one in the picture.

Saw this on craigslist – not the exact dimensions that you are looking for but a person can’t go wrong for $10 especially if the seller is willing to deliver :)
