I’m not sure if I should post this under jobs or schools, but right now I’m just looking for information. I am a librarian with experience working in high school libraries. I just moved to West Seattle and I am interested in making some contacts to see if local school libraries use substitute librarians to fill in.

Would you mind clarifying a little, when you say ‘district level” what do you mean, do you know a contact? Also is this just for substitute librarians, or for substitute teachers as well.

librarianMemberWren the address Gina posted is for all Seattle School District employees. I just looked at the web site, and it doesn’t look like they are hiring substitute teachers which would include librarian. I am a retired Seattle school librarian and would be happy to talk with you if you give me contact information.
