The accident took place on July 26th. I know it was a month ago, but the other driver’s insurance company strung me along for a month before claiming they can’t tell if their driver was at fault or not.
The accident took place on Admiral, between 59th and 60th. A black SUV struck a small dark gray car. If you witnessed this, PLEASE contact me. I didn’t call the police because the accident was so cut and dry. It never occurred to me that she was going to concoct a crazy lie.
Also, if you would be willing to make a statement about how long the boat by the alley has been parked there without moving, that would help as well! Long story short, if her insurance company hears that boat hasn’t moved in months, her lie should be apparent.
Please help if you can! I cannot afford the damage she did to my vehicle, even with insurance, and I am absolutely shocked to be dealing with someone of such low moral integrity. She has also been witnessed nearly causing other accidents, so maybe if she finally has to take some responsibility, she’ll driver more safely in our neighborhood.
