Kimber5000MemberHi,
I’m looking to rent a one bdrm / bath in WS. I have a small(25lbs), very well behaved dog, that loves people and other dogs.
Apt, Mother-in-Law or basement preferred.
I am quiet, clean, pay my bills on time and have good references. I am non-smoker, non-drug user and prefer open communication, in order to resolve issues that may arise later.
I have some credit issues, so I am able to pay a large deposit with first and last. I’m an IT Purchasing Analyst and make plenty of money to pay my bills.
Any one have a place or know of someone that does?
Other preferences:
Fenced yard
W/D in the unit
Full Bath
Need a place between 4.1 – 4.15.
Currently using CL as my only rental resource.
Thank you!

JenVMemberKimber- i don’t know what your $$ range is, but the Birch Tree apartments on 36th SW (xstreet is genessee) have a vacancy. I don’t know if they have w/d in unit, but I do know people are allowed to have dogs there.

pocketlamaMemberKimber, I rent from Cayce and Gain (www.cayceandgain.com). I’ve found them to be reasonable in rent, and the apt.s I saw before renting all seemed clean and updated well. In my years with them they’ve always been responsive to my needs.

chloeMemberHello all. I too, am looking for a dog friendly apartment. My dog is 1 year old, crate trained, house broke, and well, let’s face it, perfect :). It has been difficult, finding an apartment that accepts dogs. I would love any suggestions.

SueParticipantThere is also a house at the corner of Dawson/Fauntleroy (duplex) that is for rent right now. There’s a sign out front with a phone number (can’t read it from my window or I’d post it), but I don’t know any info about the house other than it being for rent. And you’d get me as a neighbor. :)

changingtimesMemberin my daily travels around the westside, i have seen many houses for rent, here in the in junction and as your making your way to the admiral district, you should do a drive-by in this area, the houses look really nice!!!!

SueParticipantHere’s the contact number for the duplex at the northwest corner of Fauntleroy/Dawson that I mentioned above: (206) 992-3910.

guidosmomMemberThere are a lot of houses and townhomes in the admiral area for rent right now too. There is a townhome across the street from me that is for rent, it’s on 44th AVE SW and Atlantic (if you turn left on Atlantic turn left on 44th). I don’t think it’s very expensive and looks pretty large. I have seen people there with smaller dogs so I would assume they are okay. But who knows. :)
