SuzKMemberHi, my husband, our two little boys (17m and 3m), and I are moving to Seattle mid-August for my husband’s job. We would love to settle in West Seattle near my sister and her family.
If you know of any 2-3 bedroom rental houses in the area, I am interested! We would love to be near Hiawatha Playfield. I do have a temporary option but would love for us to not have to move twice.
We’re excited to get there and join the community!

Talaki34ParticipantHow much would you like to spend? Dog/cat or other animals? Big house or small? Yard? Would a townhouse work? If you cannot find something in your ideal area, are you willing to move somewhere else, say within 5 miles?

Thanks for your reply! We’re hoping for something around $2300 (though happy with less). The home doesn’t need to be large, but we would like a yard. We don’t have any pets. I’m willing to consider something further away, but like that area because of proximity to my sister and shorter commute for my husband.

I found some homes that might work for you on Hotpads, using your criteria.
A good thing to remember is from the top of WS to the very bottom is about 7 miles.
