Hello, I’m Deirdre, looking for leads and recommendations for finding a living space in WS. I’m moving over from Port Townsend, w/flexible timing, ideally between July 15-Aug. 15. I’m 42, female, artsy, work in not-for-profit, have excellent credit and plentiful character references. Seeking a situation where a little gardening could be available, easy access to transit–and where my past rental scenarios of yurts, tiny home, and co-living (meaning no 3-year record of consecutive leases as property mgmt. companies often want) won’t be held against me. I’d prefer a solo space, but glad to live with another if the fit was comfortable. I also have handy-skills I could bring to the table, if a property owner wanted to consider some amount of trade!
