Left something behind

When some people move out of a residence and they leave purposely more than a couple of items behind.

Why some people think is ok to leave their garbage behind? Are the Seattle public utilities capable of charging those people for the trash that leave purposely on the street?

Any number to call and report them?

Landlord issue. Some people are incredible slobs.

Common occurence.

Talk to the landlord, they can charge them for removal. If it is a purchase there is a fund you can hold to get it paid to remove the garbage. I have done this on a purchase.

I spoke to soon the people are back and are taking more things I hope they take everything.

It happened in the past in the same street.

When is an old home, which was a rental then for sale.

They leave things like a couch, old mattress,

TV’s, computers and will be sitting there for weeks.
