Landscaper recommendations

I am currently looking for a local landscaper for a small side yard (emphasis on the word small- under 300 sq ft.)to my house in West Seattle. There is also some limited work to be done on the front and back sides of the house. I am looking for someone who is 1) creative, 2) reliable and 3)fiscally responsible i.e. won’t exceed my budget. Creativity is real important. The side yard is just plain dirt with nothing more in it. I need a landscaper who can design a plan and then bring it to life. Any referals would be appreciated.

Laura LaPlante….lauralaplante.com. She redid both my and my father’s gardens….small spaces and they are beautiful…plus Laura is so very great to work with….wish i had a new garden to redo just so i could hire her again!!!
