    I may be in the market for a house/cat-sitter for about ten days in September. House is single family, quiet neighborhood, close to Westwood Village, and very bus-friendly. Two boy kitties, indoor only, one older on medication (tiny pills), both very friendly. Fresh veggies (tomatoes, peppers, beets, beans, carrots) should be flowing from the garden by then. Any recommendations?

    Peaches, how do you administer the tiny pills? I used to pet-sit professionally and have experience doing insulin injections for diabetic cats as well as administering pills (via a popper, if needed). Let me know if you still need help.

    check out Pet Elements on California by the Morgan Junction. They seem good. I am probably going to use them based on their availablity and attitude. Haven’t checked refs. yet but will.

    We use Lady Di Pet Chaperone to come in and feed our cat, and I believe on the website it also mentions housesitting. http://www.seattlepetcare.com

    Terrific info! I knew WSB’rs would come through!! Sounds like lots of great options–I know I’ll be able find what I need (probably 3 or 4 of what I need!).

    Interesting about Pet Elements–I’m there every other week or so. I’ll let everyone know what I find out about their pet sitting services.
