We have an immediate opening for an experienced grounds maintenance person. Experience in all aspects of grounds keeping required; experience in building maintenance a plus. Must have own transportation/Truck; tools and equipment supplied by Company. Duties include: mowing lawns, cutting and trimming brush/trees, weeding and maintaining planting beds, blowing walkways, common areas and parking lots, cleaning and pressure washing walkways/parking lots, picking up trash as well as hauling trash, moving appliances. Light building maintenance and other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager/Property Manager.
Wages DOE, benefit package includes vacation and medical, fuel reimbursement included.
