We are looking for hire home cleaners in the Seattle market. The candidate that best meets our needs is one that has the following attributes:
* At least 18 years old
* No need for previous experience, but needs to be coachable. We can teach you this job ❤ It’s fun and easy
* Able to work using their body to clean homes in a fun yet physical job
* Loves people and pets, loves great coworkers
* Has a good sense of humor, is responsible, is a great listener
* Likes having a good boss who listens and wants to improve your work and home life through the execution of a money-making activity that is mutually beneficial to you and the group as a whole
* Likes working while listening to cool podcasts all day and sharing their favorites with their teammates
* Has their own vehicle and willing to be compensated for the use of that vehicle as part of their job
* Takes pride in making shiny things shiny. Has a passion for banishing hairs on bathroom floors
* Did I mention must love pets?
* Must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit
* Ability to pass a criminal background check. Every one is evaluated case by case, so don’t assume that we will say no.

We are proud to put forward a new and improved compensation package for new team members:
* $19.50 an hour for on the job cleaning time (first 60 days)
* $20 an hour after 60 days
*$200 signing bonus on your first check, and each six months you stay!
* PTO accrued @ 1:15 minutes per hour worked, beginning immediately
* GUARANTEED 5 days paid vacation after 6 months worked that does NOT lower your PTO balance
* $6 per stop gas stipend for drivers
* We will facilitate your enrollment in healthcare if you are not already covered via other insurance and pay your out-of-pocket up to $60 a month if needed after 60 days
* Generous Client Gratuity
* Wonderful Holiday bonuses for Thanksgiving and Christmas and customer appreciation bonuses when applicable
