1) Full Time Baker @$20-$22/Hr to start
2 am-12 pm, 4 days a week including weekends, fixed schedule
Duties:
Prepares all baked items according to the production list
Keeps production areas tidy, equipment cleaned, and prepared for use
Monitors backup supplies necessary to produce products
Ensures timely and efficient completion of all production.
2) Part Time Production Assistant @$18-20/Hr to start
7 am-12 pm, 2 to 5 days a week including weekends, flexible schedule
Duties:
Wash and put away dishes to help us keep our kitchen running smoothly
General cleaning to assist in keeping a clean and well organized kitchen
Light prep work
Requirements:
Ability to work early hours and be able to work on your feet.
Please do not apply if you are not serious about pursuing baking as a career.
Baking/culinary degree or Commercial baking experience preferred. We will train the right individual.
Commit to long term employment.
Must have your own transportation.
Must be punctual, strong working ethic and able to work night and weekend shift.
Strong team/interpersonal skills.
Ability to be organized and clean while working.
WA food handlers’ permit.
Ability to lift 50#.
Desire to produce high quality products and take pride in what you are making.
