We love the retreat of the master bedroom, the city view of the office, and the feeling of being in a private oasis in West Seattle.
It’s centrally located to all the amenities W. Seattle has to offer, and is easy to get to i-5, Hwy 99, and downtown. Even though it is a main street, the neighborhood is very quiet. The yard has been fully leveled with all-organic soil, and the beds are ready for your fall garden.
The kitchen is super for entertaining, and is well laid out. It’s easy to cook or clean and talk to people too! There is great light, and the sunsets are amazing off both decks. The fireplaces are super cozy, and provide quick heat in the winter.
The way the house is situated on the street provides privacy – even though it is a smaller lot, there is a lot of seclusion. The 125 bus runs regularly, and there are usually plenty of cars2go in the neighborhood.
