Found Keys – 35th Ave

I found some keys yesterday evening on 35th near Super Deli Mart. They do appear to be from my apartment building, but neither the manager nor I have been able to find out whose they are. House type keys only.

There are a couple of unique items attached; identify and I can return them.

Is there an all seeing eye bag or a fuzzy key ring, or sloth keychain
