HerbwMemberI just moved to WS and I am looking for a good dry cleaner for men’s shirts, that charges about $1.50 per shirt.

swimcatMemberCan anyone recommend a drycleaner for sweaters, pants, etc..? If I have to pay $10+ to clean a sweater I’d like them to do a good job. Thanks!

acemotelParticipantThere’s a place I just found at 4528 Fauntleroy. I needed a shirt done in less than 24 hours, and was heading to Wardrobe Cleaners, but couldn’t take a left turn and ended up at West Seattle Cleaners, just a few doors away. They did the rush job for no extra cost. The owner (?) was extremely friendly and personable, and the shirt looked great. It seems they do the shirts in house. And it cost about $1.70, maybe a bit less. I was very impressed.

hopeyParticipantAny opinions on Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning on California Ave?

KeithMemberI tried Corry’s once and found it very expensive compared to other quality options nearby.

AJWRParticipantI took a few items into Quality Dry Cleaners at the corner of Admiral and California. They absolutely overcharge and what’s worse, some of my clothes came back with spots on them! This would have cost me $40-50 in orange county, and it was almost $100. Unbelievable. Would welcome recommendations for other cleaners as this was terrible.

jamjetsParticipantWe have tried them all… I think? Anyway, the only place we go to is house of Kleen. Done local, not shipped out. Corry’s IMO never again. YMMV
