ArtichokeyParticipantThis afternoon, I was walking with my kids the woodsy paths in Lincoln Park, leaving our double stroller at “trailheads” as we went. I came back and it was gone. Pretty lame. Obviously I left it unattended, but I didn’t think I really had to worry about it being taken.
Anyway, I wanted to put word out in case someone thought it was abandoned and took it, or in case it has been seen abandoned somewhere else.
It’s a black, double, 3-wheel jogging-style stroller. It looks like a BOB but it is a no name (literally, no words anywhere) that I got for $40 off craig’s list. I’m less sad to lose that than my keychain and sentimental bag. But it’s definitely a bummer to lose our double stroller, too.

Jessica90MemberHey Artichokey. My roommate and I were walking around the park this morning & saw your stroller. We were kind of spooked out by seeing an abandoned stroller in the middle of the park. We called the number on the cards we saw in the stroller, with no answer. We kind of hung around it for a few minutes to see if someone was coming back for it. We eventually decided to take it to the Park & Rec center there at the north end of the park. I’m really sorry to have worried you and to have you thinking it was taken. They have it there.
