Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic customer service person to become an integral part of the Clothworks team in Seattle, WA. This individual should have excellent communication skills, be able to work with a vast variety of individuals and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

We manufacture fine quilting cotton and sell our fabrics to independent quilt shops nationally and distributors internationally.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Providing customer support over the phone, email and our website
• Developing relationships with our customers
• Being an advocate and problem solver
• Researching complex situations with due diligence
• Working with customers that are late payers
• Processing Credit card charges and reconciliation
• Invoicing customers
• These duties and responsibilities are not comprehensive and, the position and its responsibilities may change over time or as business necessitates

Qualifications
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organization skills
• Service focus – our customers are our top priority
• Friendly, outgoing and excited to assist customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Accounting software
• Love of fabric, quilting, and/or crafts is important as you will be providing support to fabric shops
• Self-driven, positive attitude, works well in a team atmosphere
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Job Experience
A minimum of three-year experience, preferably in a position with direct business to business customer interaction
