Climb to Fight Breast Cancer

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the Climb for Fight Breast Cancer®, benefiting Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Please help support me in this important project by contributing. Your support will help fund cutting-edge research in the prevention, detection and treatment of breast cancer.

David…as an almost 5 year breast cancer survivor, thank-you. And, a thank you to Lisa , too, for journaling about her….journey. I just sat here and read her entire blog. Memories, ah, memories….so much seemed so familiar, but we’re all so different in our journey, too.

I reached both of my goals! I raised $5000, and reached the summit of Mount Rainier. Yesterday at 5:30….as the sun rose….6 of the 8 members of our team summited.

This year’s Climb to Fight Breast Cancer raised over $600,000 to aid Fred Hutchinson’s Research Center!
