    Growing IT company in West Seattle looking for a Client Services/Administrative Assistant.

    * Front reception, meet & check in customers, process payments, follow up with customers after service. Connect with customers on a regular basis.

    *Ability to learn new software programs, will learn Connectwise, a work flow system for jobs, create ticket, invoice and follow it through.

    *Excellent Customer Service skills in person and on phone.

    *Strong written & verbal communication

    *Computer skills a must – Quickbooks a plus – invoicing, reconciling, payroll, reports, A/R, collections

    *Planning & Organizational Skills

    *Assist management with administrative tasks

    *Analytical & Problem solving skills with strong business acumen

    *Purchasing & Inventory

    *File Management
