The Hospitality CSR is the liaison between our company and its current and potential guests. You will work in our call center as part of our Guest Services Team.
This position requires a flexible schedule, shifts could include a combination of morning, afternoon, and evenings. Holidays and Weekends required as this is a restaurant. 35 to 40 hour per week schedule.
Pay rate starts at $17.27.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving guest issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping guest satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Computer skill required with proficiency with word and outlook. Experience with multiline phone system, customer service Hospitality a must. OpenTable Reservation system experience a plus.
