    google. most fixes are common, easy and cheap. go there first. usually you can even find a video of the repair being done.

    Scott will advise you on the phone too if it’s something easy, or even if it’s not something he repairs. I called him about my over the range microwave, he doesn’t do microwaves since they have dangerous components but he gave me valuable advice on what to do next. Called back within 15 min. So awesome!
