PibalParticipantThis might be a new category as I didn’t see any relatively recent listings in the Recommendations section.
Assistance may be needed in establishing liability for a recent auto accident involving a family member.
Suggestions appreciated. Thank you…

IrukandjiParticipantHi Pibal,
My husband is an attorney at Shroeter Goldmark & Bender. I’m checking with him to see who he’d recommend either from his firm or another. I’ll get back to you with contact info when I hear back from him.

PibalParticipantYes Jan, thank you, and thanks to the safety engineers at Subaru. It was a squeeze play between two semis on I-405. The exterior of the car was ripped up and the front end folded up like an accordion. Nonetheless, the car’s interior – other than the presence of the deflated airbags – looked perfect. The driver (the only occupant) walked away. Unbelievable. Needless to say, there’s now a replacement Subaru in the family.
Thank you Irukandji. I’ll keep my eyes on the thread for your response.

The Velvet BulldogParticipantThese are the folks I turned to for help with my hit-and-run. Michale and Jonathan were very thorough and good communicators, and got my settlement from my reluctant insurance company:
