Sky Printing has an opening for a full-time, entry-level print specialist! We are a small business serving the West Seattle community and beyond, and we’re excited to welcome someone to our small, tight-knit team. This would be a great position for recent graduates or anyone looking to build their resume and learn real-world graphic design skills.

Ideal candidates will:

Enjoy interacting with customers in our community in-store, over the phone, through email, and through our website to realize their print and design projects
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Have some graphic design experience
Have a good working knowledge of Adobe design products and Microsoft products
Have a sharp eye for detail
Thrive on multi-tasking
Be willing to learn the ins and outs of printing
Be located in or near West Seattle

A typical day will involve:

Helping walk-in and online customers print music gig posters, educational booklets, wedding signage, and everything in between
Answering general questions about our services via email/phone
Providing quotes to customers looking to print
Communicating with customers about their orders
Handling orders with our vendors

Some other things you might do:

Designing business cards, ads, and more for our customers
Occasional housekeeping for our WordPress website

Compensation for this position is $21-$22/hour depending on experience. You will have steady working hours (9am – 5pm Monday through Friday), with the option to pick up more hours on Saturdays (10am – 2pm). We’re looking for someone who’ll join us for the mid- to long-term.
