Cal me cynical too:)

If the Bush administration can hand over an exit strategy.. then they have “won” the war and McCain can claim the wisdom of his support…

and they can hope for a republican victory this fall which keeps them in power.

the only problem is that the real sticker is that immunity thing.. and not for our combat troops but for all contractors… i somehow don’t think they will be willing to go that far…
