Providence is calling a Baby Room Teacher to the Intergenerational Learning Center (ILC) (Day Shift, Part time) at Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time position (25 hours/week), weekdays (Hours to be determined).
In this position you will:
•Have responsibility for the overall care of children and support the planning and implementation of age appropriate programs.

•Maintain the classroom, preparing materials for the children and certain clerical and record keeping duties.

This position is responsible for receiving and responding to daily environmental calls, scheduling and dispatching Environmental crews in the PNW region, and for maintaining client relations. The position requires a Monday through Friday work schedule, in addition to afterhours work for on-call response situations and crewing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive and respond to all daily Maritime emergency and non-emergency calls
Provide after hours on-call response every other week
Identify nature of calls, evaluate/prioritize incoming projects and follow through to completion
Monitor and coordinate crews, equipment, and assignments in the environmental division
Ensure that customer’s needs are met and are satisfied with the level of service, communicate any discrepancies
Communicate regularly with Environmental Operations Manager regarding scheduling conflicts, staffing concerns, operational questions, etc.
Create, enter and maintain up to date job files until completion of job; including daily logs, tailgate safety sheets, purchase orders

Acquire materials and supplies as needed; including obtaining purchase orders for field crews

I run a large ebay business from a warehouse down in SODO.
I am looking for a part time shipping assistant to work about 10 hours per week for $11/hour. We ship Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, so you’d be working approximately 3 hours each of those days in the morning. Responsibilities include:
Pack boxes for the day’s shipments (good attention to detail)
Take boxes to nearby Office Depot to be shipped
Keep packing supplies and packing area organized
Place stock on the shelves as it gets listed onlineTasks will vary throughout the week with Monday typically being a big shipping day (about 30 boxes) and Wednesday and Friday being lighter, but allowing time to keep things organized.
I will train in how to effectively pack and use the ebay shipping system. You must have reliable transport, driver’s license, and be very reliable (the shipping has to get done). You will have flexibility in your hours as long as you can demonstrate you get things out on time.
