John at Adept Pest is the absolute BEST. He has great advice for “building out” critters rather than killing them. He’s also a general contractor and can do the work himself if needed. Rodents can get in through the tiniest cracks, and John is great at finding those. If there’s no other solution except extermination, John can do that without dangerous poisons. Most pest companies (and many people, for that matter) probably don’t understand your unwillingness to kill rodents. I do understand, and John is the ONLY guy I’ve ever worked with who respects that stance. Good luck.
