I would find a warmer pool and the closest ones are Safe and Sound in Westlake and the Matt Griffin YMCA in Seatac. You can do private lessons (not sure about infants, but call) at the Y and I think worth the 15 minute drive to Seatac for the warmer water. The WS Y also has private lessons, but the pool is not as warm as the Matt Griffin pool. Personally, I felt like this was important for my baby when she was that little.
