Conscious Connections
December 18th, 7:15 pm, at Revitalize SpaDive deep into meaningful conversations and soulful connections at this monthly, nurturing gathering.
Hosted by Emma of Revitalize Spa and Tamara of Listening to Grief .Emma and Tamara have created an intimate space where we can come together to talk openly and honestly about what we’re feeling and experiencing. Each month, we’ll lift each other up by tapping into the energy and supportiveness of everyone in the room.
At Conscious Connections you will find community, conversation, and a welcoming space to share, create, and meditate on subjects that bring us closer to ourselves. Research continues to show how deeply the loneliness epidemic has affected so many of us since the global pandemic. Our hope is to help ease that sense of isolation one heartfelt conversation and meaningful connection at a time.
After introductions, we’ll begin with a guided meditation that incorporates gentle movement. From there, we’ll transition into reflection and sharing, either as a group or in smaller circles. We’ll close the evening by reconnecting as a whole- grounded, supported, and ready to carry that sense of kinship back into our daily lives.
This is a place for slowing down, connection, and reflection. We hope you’ll join us in the circle so we can lift each other up, even if only for an hour.
A minimum donation of $10 is appreciated to help cover space and event costs; all are welcome regardless of contribution.

F3, a free national men’s workout group:
We have a local workout location that meets at Hiawatha park on Tuesday mornings at 5:30 am sharp. The group has been around for a few years, so many folks that are up early might have come across us before doing burpees or pushups and counting out loud. We’d love to extend the invite to men of any fitness level – we work out as a group and don’t leave anyone behind, come as you are and hopefully leave a bit better.
The workout is 45 minutes long and then we all get coffee at West Seattle Grounds. You don’t need to bring anything special, just wear comfortable athletic clothes appropriate for the weather and some sneakers. Some work or gardening gloves can be helpful if you have a pair. Just don’t be late or the whole group is doing penalty burpees.
