Sound Healing Meditation @ Inner Alchemy Studio and Sanctuary
Nov 2 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Suren Shrestha, founder of the Atma Buti® Sound Healing School, is a master teacher from Nepal who has brought the ancient Himalayan art of sound healing to the West with deep authenticity and care. Trained directly under Suren, Maari Falsetto carries this lineage forward through her own heart-centered community offerings at Inner Alchemy in West Seattle. Together, they share the sacred practice of Sound Healing Meditation — a collective journey where participants rest in a field of sound as hand-hammered Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes fill the space with harmonic resonance. Each bowl, made from a sacred blend of seven metals and infused with prayers, serves as a vessel of consciousness to restore balance and peace. Inner Alchemy also carries a curated collection of these authentic bowls, inviting visitors to experience their unique tones and choose the one that calls to them. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to Soul Medicine, supporting the Aama Orphanage Education Foundation (AOEF) in Nepal — a community-based organization founded by Suren and Ruby Shrestha to provide education and opportunity for orphaned and disadvantaged children, with special focus on empowering girls.

Early morning F3 men’s workout group at Hiawatha
Nov 4 @ 5:30 am

F3, a free national men’s workout group:

We have a local workout location that meets at Hiawatha park on Tuesday mornings at 5:30 am sharp. The group has been around for a few years, so many folks that are up early might have come across us before doing burpees or pushups and counting out loud. We’d love to extend the invite to men of any fitness level – we work out as a group and don’t leave anyone behind, come as you are and hopefully leave a bit better.

The workout is 45 minutes long and then we all get coffee at West Seattle Grounds. You don’t need to bring anything special, just wear comfortable athletic clothes appropriate for the weather and some sneakers. Some work or gardening gloves can be helpful if you have a pair. Just don’t be late or the whole group is doing penalty burpees.

Nov 25 @ 5:30 am
