Sacred Birth Prenatal Yoga Series
Mother Matricaria‘s five-week prenatal yoga series offer the opportunity to connect with the person you’re becoming, the life you’re growing, and a community of others embarking on this new threshold together. We’ll work on building strength to support the demands of pregnancy and labor, coming into alignment, and finding greater access to breath. 5/17 from 3-6pm
5/31 from 12-3pmCHAKRAS MADE SIMPLE: Become Aware Through the 5 Senses
This session is designed for everyone, no prior knowledge is needed. It’s a fun, relaxed, in-person experience where we explore the 7 chakra energy centers through our five senses.
The best way to think of it is a sensory journey that’s equal parts educational and honestly indulgent (we heart self-care!):
SEE: Learn the colors and basics of the 7 main chakras
FEEL: Move your body with gentle, guided movements (join as you feel able – zero pressure)
HEAR: Experience a guided meditation and live sound bath.
SMELL: Explore essential oil pairings for each chakra
TASTE: Yes, there are snacks. Intentional, chakra-supporting snacks. Yum!
It’s 3 hours of movement, meditation, sound, scent, and flavor wrapped up in all sorts of good energy.
