At the High Point library: Join Woodland Park Zoo to learn how to group and classify animals as we figure out our special mystery guests!

Using our senses, we’ll observe characteristics and behaviors, comparing and contrasting our observations with other animals we may be more familiar with. Then, we get to meet some zoo animals while learning how scientists are still discovering new species of plants and animals almost every day! For ages 6 and under.

This program is part of this year’s Summer of Learning program Splash! Adventures with Water, which encourages reading and activities around science, technology, technology, arts and math. We are offering over 250 free youth programs throughout the city this summer. You can pick up a Summer Action Guide at any Library location.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.

The 2018 Summer of Learning program, Splash! Adventures with Water, is funded by generous support from The Seattle Public Library Foundation.
