SUNDAY MORNING NOTE: 11-1, as quoted below, is what CVS told us in email from their PR people. However (as we pointed out to them, that would be in conflict with the Junction festival), they may have changed it, a commenter said 3-5 and we have found one social media post with that change but haven’t confirmed it.

CVS Pharmacy is partnering with Washington University football players Demond Williams, Jonah Coleman and Omari Evans to welcome community members to its new store, located at 5217 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA. A block party will be held at the new location this Sunday, 10/26, from 11 am-1 pm, where customers can enjoy a meet-and-greet with the athletes, as well as a fan experience with music, giveaways and more.

  If it is that’s a change, what I have is a direct quote from what the CVS PR person sent us. I did tell her that would be unfortunate timing (11-1) in direct conflict with the big Junction festival …
