FREE Stroller Strides class with FIT4MOM West Seattle

We love inviting all the moms to check out the fun of Stroller Strides! This class is open to any mama who has received medical clearance for exercise, any fitness level, and you can come with or without kids. We will have a playgroup + coffee following the class as well. Check it out, meet some fellow mamas, and enjoy the community! Raffle prizes! Bring a friend to class and get extra tickets! Fun for moms, babies, toddlers, preschoolers!
