Please join the Puget Sound Zen Center for our Winter Day Sit. Our teacher, Abbott Koshin Cain will discuss, ‘The Unfixed Self.’ Our day-long retreat, in the Rinzai tradition, will include seated and walking meditation, chanting, a dharma talk and the option of meeting privately with Koshin.

The retreat is in person. Masks are optional. Bring a sack lunch.
