The workshop is for business owners who have tried tools like ChatGPT but are wondering how to use AI for more practical operational work. We’ll cover real examples of how small businesses are using AI to reduce repetitive tasks, improve customer-facing workflows, and make back-office work more manageable. The second half will be an open workshop where attendees can bring a specific business process or pain point and leave with a practical plan for what to automate first.
