As many of you already know, I am raising money for Nepal’s Children Emergency Relief via UNICEF Australia. Nepal’s children face an unprecedented emotional toll as they deal with the devastating consequences of two earthquakes in the space of weeks. UNICEF has been on the ground since late April, but they still very much need our support. These funds will specifically go to shelter for children whose homes have been destroyed, clean water for drinking and washing to prevent further spread of waterborne disease such as cholera, healthcare including vaccinations and vitamins, hygiene kits and facilities, educational materials to use while schools are being rebuilt, and psychosocial support for children who have experienced profound stress like the loss of a parent.

Come join me for an evening of fun at The Lounge, a rustic and modern private event venue by Duos Catering. Enjoy cocktails, appetizers, free wine tastings from local wineries, raffle drawings, silent auction items and fabulous live music entertainment provided by the Robert Stewart Fiasco Band! (If you have never heard these guys play, you are missing out!) Tickets are $25.00, purchased at the door, and includes wine tastings, delicious appetizers, two raffle tickets, and that warm fuzzy feeling knowing you are helping a wonderful cause.
