We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Monster Dash on Saturday, October 25th, a FUN event for kids and adults alike! With the help of the Monster Dash Training Team, our Couch to 5K program is safe and gradual, and will keep you running well after the event is over!
So many people are turned off by running because they start off too fast. You can build your foundation as a runner by gradually ramping up your mileage a quarter of a mile each week. The design can allow for both walking and running and builds in “rest” or “cross-training” days. This program will have couch potatoes from far-and-wide competing in The Monster Dash 5k in just 6 weeks!
Come join us on Mondays to start your week off right! We’ll have training runs at 6 am and 6 pm, meeting at the zip line at Lincoln Park. We’ll also provide you with an easy-to-follow workout that will keep you motivated between training runs. Our first run is Monday, September 14th. We hope to see you!
