Pretty foggy  out there, I doubt they can be seen!

I’m unclear on how anyone could possibly see anything on the water with the amount of fog we have.

Can someone please post the WhatsApp link to get text updates for orca sightings?

Whale Alert is a great app that’s run in collaboration with NOAA and is available for iPhone and Android!

But isn’t Elon’s DOGE slashing NOAA jobs to — ahem — “cut waste”? /s

There was a very loud speeding RED jet ski off of Alki yesterday and around the water where these whales are. It was a great concern to me how this would disturb or harm the whales.  Is there someone that can be reported to that could get there quickly to stop the jet ski when whales are present? Anybody know?

Call the Be Whale Wise hotline: 1-800-853-1964.  Take photos or videos to record what you’re seeing.  Enforcement may not be able to respond in real time, but every report will be investigated. You can report it after the fact too – call today if you haven’t already.
