Annie, 80 years old, Annie was last seen at Bridge Park Retirement in the High Point area at 3 AM this morning. She has dementia. She was wearing a red jacket and blue jeans. Please contact SPD [911] if found.

The police report # is 24-281883.

If Annie the human being is still missing which she appears to be, I’m sure that she and her loved ones would appreciate knowing it’s a concern to other people in WS.I’ve done nothing to help except visiting Highpoint establishments speaking to staff, mentioning that Annie has been missing since the silent hour and showing people her photo here on the blog. Those who care and were aware of Annie’s disappearance since this morning are probably not back from work and had no time to post, so not trying the the old virtue signaling trick by bashing anyone.We need to reach whoever someones might care as much about her as a pet or maybe even more, it’s a very small world with very few degrees of separation especially WS. I will pay for as many missing persons printouts as I can afford if someone is willing to throw together a .PDF or similar with a clear image of Annie provided here, or if someone can track down a more recent photo instead. If I can get one quickly, i’ll happily pay for however many printouts I can afford and post however many I can wherever I can. White Center, Alki, Westwood, the Junctions, any nearby intersection frequented by pedestrians, libraries, churches with members present, staff in nearby friendly community establishments, anyone willing to listen and not pretend a volunteer is soliciting. You don’t always know where your lead will come from. I met four people today who told me they saw Annie’s missing persons on the WSB before they went to work this AM.As much of WS we can search or post a community notice is the minimum required.Thanks.

  Just felt like I should try to help, but probably not my efforts. I left here 230ish and returned awhile later, but didn’t remember to refresh the page and it was still open. Posted, reloaded page and then realized you had already updated her missing status. I would have known nothing about it if it weren’t for you. This is how we coordinate :)
