Ramp from bridge to I 5 north closed and folks are backing off to Columbia way.tanker truck broken down and blocking I5 access.

Were you backing up with us? I was so glad that worked!! Thank goodness for the semi willing to block the Columbia exit so we could do it in relative safety! (I was the soaking wet lady running up and down the line of cars) :)
